A Beautiful Baptism in Guimarães
I had the pleasure of photographing the baptism of a beautiful baby girl named Carlota. The ceremony took place at the Church of São Francisco in Guimarães, Portugal, which is a beautiful example of Portuguese Gothic architecture, with soaring ceilings and stained glass windows.
Carlota's parents were surrounded by their loving family and friends, and the ceremony was full of joy and celebration, as Carlota was welcomed into the Christian community.
After the ceremony, the family and friends gathered at Casa de Sezim, a beautiful country house in the countryside outside of Guimarães. The guests enjoyed spending time together, celebrating Carlota's special day. There was laughter and dancing, and everyone had a wonderful time.
It was an honor to be a part of Carlota's baptism. It was a truly beautiful day, and I am so happy that I could capture it for her family.
